Last updated: 11/10/2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our web application, EduServe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including students, faculty, deans, and administrators. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for creating an account with accurate and current information. You are also responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify an administrator immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of academic evaluation. All feedback, comments, and other content you submit must be professional, constructive, and respectful.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Content that is defamatory, malicious, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
  • Content that violates institutional policies, codes of conduct, or any applicable laws.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to data or features for which you are not permissioned.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to institutional authorities.

4. Data and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of EduServe. User-generated content, such as evaluation comments and ratings, becomes part of the institution's data for academic and administrative purposes. Anonymized and aggregated data may be used for institutional research and improvement.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EduServe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
