• Evaluation Data: Information you provide when conducting evaluations, including numerical ratings and written comments. You may have the option to submit certain feedback anonymously. When submitted anonymously, your personal data will not be linked to the specific comment.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including data analysis, hosting services, and AI processing (e.g., for comment summarization).

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. This includes leveraging Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules to ensure data access is strictly controlled based on user roles.
